Only if you let the greeting cards doing the talking for you. I am an only kid along with my parents and grandparents, so the greeting card companies don't make much money out of me.

Let them fend for themselves, do it until THEY ask you and then be brave and say 'you are on your own.' It does work, it may take some time, but wait it out. Don't even do the shopping either. They can't miss what they still have can they. Just don't make it a big deal or a big issue. If you feel like talking, WALK AWAY, GO FOR A WALK, got a dog, he needs a long walk daily, around supper time. Good luck.

you're right about bring back some of the old cars. something like the bug with updated engine tech would be great. i think the neon would be great hybrid. small car but plenty of headroom even in the back seat. the honda crx had better mileage than many of the hybrids of today.
